Head Chef, Ludovic Mulot has sourced the state’s finest truffles from Coomer Truffles, transforming them into a distinguished set menu with a series of innovative dishes. His Winter Truffle Menu invites guests to indulge in the celebrated rich and earthy Manjimup flavours of the season – showcased through the refined delicacies of Ludo’s much celebrated European cuisine.

Our Winter Truffle menu is available throughout truffle season, for both lunch (Friday – Sunday) and dinner (Sunday – Thursday).
